Barry Comprehensive School pupil Rhys Knapman recently gained selection for the Welsh Schools Athletic Team to compete in Scotland in a Schools International in the 100m, 200m and 4 x 100m relay.
Having recently won in these events for the Cardiff & The Vale Boys Team his selection is just reward for the hard work he has put in as an athlete.
