The winners of the Anti Bullying Art Competition

Last term the winners of the Anti Bullying Art Competition were announced. Pupils from Barry Comprehensive School had taken part in designing a poster to promote anti-bullying for the Bulliesout Charity in Cardiff . Twelve pupils had been short listed and invited to a presentation evening in the Welsh Institute of Sport, Cardiff , where they announced the winners, runners up and highly commended.

They are as follows: - Connor Boyle – Winner of the 13-16 age group; Daniel Vaughan – Runner up of 13 – 16 age group; Dominic Lack – Runner up of the 9 – 12 age group; Caelum Davies, Denholm Edmunds, Jordan Allen, Curtis Searle and Harry Tobin were highly commended for their entries. There was also a special mention for a group entry produced by Caelum Davies, Denholm Edmunds, Lewis Cummings, Luke James, Ben Callow, Lewis Williams and Kyle Jones-Niblett. All pupils who entered the competition worked extremely hard on their designs and the school is very proud that we have such talented pupils.
