Hospitality & Catering Meal

In the kitchen, ready to cookBarry Comprehensive School’s Year 10 Hospitality & Catering students recently prepared and served a three-course dinner at Barry College’s Glamorgan Suite Restaurant.

The popular GNVQ course, which is run in association with Barry College, requires students to perform the roles of both cooks and waiters to a professional standard. All aspects of the meal are assessed and count towards the student’s final grade

The dedication of the students and staff, who attend extra study sessions before and after school, was apparent to all the lucky guests.
