| Mark Cean Workshop & Concert |
Barry Comprehensive School's French Department recently enjoyed a day of workshops with Mark Cean, a French singer. He worked with groups of pupils of all ages, including members of the Barry Sixth Form from both Barry Comprehensive and Bryn Hafren Comprehensive School. The pupils enjoyed the unusual opportunity for learning through song. “It was amazing”, said Rhys Hocking, whilst Lewis Crompton and Emma Roberts agreed that the day offered “an insight into French culture”.
n the evening, Mark gave a concert which included songs from his latest album. For one song a group of pupils accompanied Mark on stage. The concert was ''fantastique' and we look forward to welcoming Mark back to the school in the future
