Barry Comprehensive School’s Year 11 Revision Weekend moved venue this year to the Park Inn Hotel, Llanederyn, but once again provided a brilliant and intense study experience for students.

Fifty three Year 11 students and twenty staff spent all day Saturday and Sunday morning working on study and revision skills.

All of the sessions were well received by the students who remained well focussed and very well behaved throughout the weekend. They all appreciated the excellent facilities offered by The Park Inn Hotel and the time and effort put in by the staff.

The key themes of the weekend were “Take Control of Your Own Learning and Your Own Success” and “Finishing Strong”.

We hope that all the students present have taken on board the advice given and will put it to good practice in the coming months.
