Most improved school in Wales

The Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales has declared Barry Comprehensive to be the most improved school in Wales, based on its 2003 GCSE results. Headteacher David Swallow said: "This is a tremendous achievement and a true reflection of the hard work of students and staff." Previously, the school took second place in Wales, and was the most improved school in South Wales. Info
