The Barry Comprehensive School Religious Studies Department has just returned from its annual overnight trip to London. The trip was hugely successful and the pupils all enjoyed the experience. For many of the boys this was the second year they had been on the trip and some want to book for next year already!
The 45 pupils had the opportunity to experience some spectacular buildings, including the Hindu Mandir, Sikh Gundwana, Jewish Synagogue and they even climbed to the top of St Paul's Cathedral.
The trip is educational as well as fun and the pupils gained a deeper understanding of religious faith in practice. The Religious Studies Department is looking forward to the trip again next year.
