Ceramics Exhibition |
During the summer, pupils from Barry Comprehensive School took part in an exhibition at the Palmerston Community Learning centre.
Pupils, Grant Hughes, Ben Gill, Dylan Lewis, Joe Stevens, Connor Boyle and Andrew Emery have been attending an additional ceramics class in the evening to create extra work for their GCSE coursework and sixth former Nicholas Turner produced fantastic work for his A/S level course work and exam. As a result all boys have made an excellent impression on everyone who attended the show.
The Adult learners were taken back by how imaginative their work was and found the exhibition inspiring and innovative. Through attending this extra class, pupils have raised the standard of their work and improved their overall grade. We are looking forward to next years’ exhibition.
