Chris Corcoran takes to the stage at Barry Comprehensive School

Chris Corcoran is perhaps well known to many in Barry as a former History teacher at Barry Comprehensive School. More recently, he has been widely recognised as a Welsh comedian, television and radio presenter. His recent TV credits include fronting the Six Nations coverage for BBC Wales, “Big Welsh Joke” and he is well known amongst the younger viewers for the Cbeebies show “Doodle Do”.

Recently he offered to give his services free at the school to raise money for the forthcoming Sri Lanka visit by Sixth Form students. He is currently preparing for his own Welsh Theatre tour and certainly entertained the audience with his distinctive brand of humour.
